Getting fit in 15 minutes?

Is it possible? Yes it is!! Peripheral Heart Action (PHA) training philosophy has provided the theoretical base for the application of Fit N 15. PHA training encourages a cardiovascular impact in the body by ensuring that blood flow is directed to alternately supply lower and upper body muscle groups during exercise. Simply put, by training the body from top to bottom, it is indeed possible to achieve a significant cardiovascular effect.

Upon the completion of core work (exercises for the abdominals, low back, neck and obliques) to prepare the body for exercise, trainers here at the Fitness Institute will take the client through a directed exercise program designed by Dr. Lance Dreher. Fifteen minutes of exercises chosen specifically to correct imbalances in the client’s structure will provide significant improvements in the client’s muscular endurance, flexibility and aerobic capacity.

Fit N 15’s philosophy supports the notion that it’s the quality of the work, not the quantity that matters. Training three days a week, in a directed manner, supported by the appropriate core work, will enable anyone to maintain a healthy fitness component as part of his or her balanced lifestyle.
